Allen,A couple days ago you answered about a 656 with a leak at the control rods.Mine was doing the same a while back,put in new o-rings and bushings thought it was fixed.Guess what,its back!By the standpipe ,do you mean the plug in the left front or the tube towards the rear? Thanks ,You guys are the best!!

Now, right at the minute, I'm drawing a darned blank. :>(

But, it seems to me that it was maybe on the left front corner? It stands straight up and down and it screws right into the body of the tractor.

It just holds that level up 2 or 3" higher before the fluid drains back thru it to the sump. Without it in, the level drops down and stops the weeping out past the control shaft.
