I have 1946 W-9 that has a brass brake pedal. Is that what was on there from the factory?

Did you get any information on the brass brake pedal? I have one with a part #8878D. I"m wondering if that is the same part number that is on a cast iron lever.

Is the whole pedal brass? There is probably a brass bushing in it.

Never heard of that -- the bushing was probably brass.
