Does anyone have any secrets on 560 brakes that grab and hang up? I was thinking about having them machined down to move brake hub in closer so the balls wouldn't come out so far.any ideas?

Creative machining can work well here. Stack NEW discs and the assembled actuator in the brake hub. Put a straightedge across & measure down to the friction disc surface in several places. Machine hub mount face to provide .025" clearance in measured dimension. This will limit rotation of the actuator, provide maximum leverage on it, and allow the return springs to work effectively. This works on most IH double disc brakes.

Make sure the three springs on the actuater are good and snug. Put grease on the wear surfaces of the actuater and the housing. Try flipping the actuater over when you put it back in the housing.
