Bob: A photo would help identify whether IH or Woods. When you say blades offset, I presume you mean center blade is back about 6" further than right and left. I think you'll find they are all that way, it's how they achive overlap without blades clashing. I think if you look straight back from front on the underside you'll see about 1/2" of overlap of blades on each side. That is why 3 - 20" blades give you 59" cut. You might try looking in YT photo gallery, give you an idea of styling differences between IH and Woods. Type in each of A, SA, 100, 130 or 140 with belly mower. Then you may find them where mower is not mentioned in title. Better still go to Farmall gallery and type in "tractors with belly mowers" Wont matter the size, IH and Woods will each have their own styling. I looked up blade numbers for my Woods mower, knew it wouldn't be the same as mine turns right. Three different blades but the highest number is 26559. Just wait, my manual also has blade part numbers for L-59 mowers, (left turning) 23825 for medium suction, and that is considered standard blade. Optional low suction 25977 or blade with welded fin 12091. Bear in mind my book is late 70s, now close to 30 years old. There could be updated part numbers, since that time, however I notice when I go for parts he doesn't spend time on cross reference.
