I saw some talk about wiring a Farmall M We have one that won't start unless we jump the starter. Is there a diagram to see what is wrong? Thanks for any help

Bonnie it would be 3 possible problems.

Ancient battery cable from the battery to the starter switch.

The starter switch itself which can be dissasembled and cleaned up.

More than likely the cable from the starter switch to the starter. Once they get up to around 50 years old, the copper wiring gets to corroding inside the insulation. If you are still 6 volt, replace with at least 1 gauge cable.
