I am now going to be getting a new tractor. I am looking into a smaller Farmall-(used for pulling a very small trailer, also a belly mower) What is your recommendations on the best, small Farmall?

Farmall Cub - perfect for mowing & pulling around a small trailer.

Super A, Super B, 100, 140. 140 was the most modern. All have the capablity to have a belly mower, if they have the offset pulley. Super C is a straight line tractor, it will take a pull behind mower and it can have an offset pulley but I don't think it will take a belley mower.

There never was a Super B. The B was replaced by the C before the Supers came out. Cub, A, B, C,AI any Super, 100, 200, 230, 240 and others will accept a belly mower. The Cub is relatively expensive for it's abilities compared with the A/B, and the A/B don't have hydraulics. The Super A, C and Super C, 100, 130, 140, 200, 230 and 240 would be the best choices in my humble opinion. I have a neighbor with a 240 Utility and a Continental of Belton belly mower that I absolutely covet, even though it's a sin. :o)

Is there such a thing as a Super B? I'm not an expert, but I never saw one.

Not a Farmall.
The C being rowcrop negated the need for the B.

By the way Putt-Putt, I've seen a C with a belly mower. Pretty sure it was a Woods setup.

It's as simple as A, B, C

":^)

Seriously, any of those, or the 'Super' version of the A or B, or the number series version of any of them would be a dandy machine. Later models have hydraulics, which might be an issue for you.

No Super B's, unless you're a Dodge man...

Could you take a Super A block, drop it into a B, and then ad the org. front end? then you would have hydraulics, which I understand as being the main difference between the super and org. a..
