Why on the front wheel of my H do you have to take the bearings and everything out just to get the wheel off? Dad says that engineer should have been shot but I do not think we have something on right or something. Another question, I was talking to a guy at a show the other day who had a really nice M and he said his generator did not work for anything....just like mine. He and I both have went to the place to get it fixed and they say they fixed it....is there some kind of design flaw in these generators? Also put new regulator in too. Thanks in Advance!!!

Assuming you have the non adjustable wheels, take the three clamps off!The tire/rim comes off of the hub.It could be that the rim is stuck to the hub.If you have the adjust able wheels take the three bolts out that go through the tabson the rim.

about yer gererator, did you make sure to polarize the generator and the regulater after you replaced them? This could very well be your problem. I think the rims should come off without pulling everything off. If i remember right, just turn the rim sort of sidways, and then work it off. Hope this helps. Jon.

The tire/rim will come off. Block up the other wheel at least 4" and/or dig into the ground a little. Let the tire you want to take off down into the hole, rotate the rim so the lugs clear the wheel a little to first bring the bottom of the tire/rim forward and then lift off the rim up from the wheel.
