i HAVE A SUPER A THAT PINGS AND KNOCKS WHEN IT IS IT IS RUN FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS WHEN THE TEMP.IS ABOVE 75,IT RUNS FINE IF ITS COOLER.I'VE HAD THE MAG REBUILT AND ENGINE IS IN TIME, RE-WORKED THE CARB,THE ENGINE IS RUNNING AT 180-190 DEGREES.IT LOOSES ALL POWER AND WON'T SPEED UP,SEEMS AS THOUGH I'M LOOSING SPARK ANY HELP PLEASE!

Pinging and Knocking are a sign that you timing is advanced too far. If it were a high compression engine, it could also be a sign of too low octane gas, but Farmall's are low compression engines that can run on almost any gas. Check you timing.

I'd find out what was done to the Mag in the rebuild. Sure sounds like your mag coil is breaking down causing the spark to be erratic. Thus, your engine is not going to run as normal.
