Value of rusty F-12? F-14?

Today I found a pair of very rusty Farmalls, they look like F-12's. Both have all their parts but are covered in rust, the engine have no plugs and are pretty rough looking. One has Ford rear wheels welded on and the other looks to have some sort of chain drive housing to raise the rear off the ground, like an MV or something. Anyone have an estimate of what they might be worth? Both would be a long time restoring, but I'm willing to give it a shot.
Thanks
BTD

Thanks for all the input! Maybe I will get one just to visually restore first and then an engine later after my M is totally done.

That one with the 'chain drive' rear end on it, any chance that might be an F20 and not an F-12? Are the drives enclosed, or is it some sort of obviously home-built rig?

This is one I picked up for $100 with new rubber. The link is a picture of it 2 years and $4500 later.

Lots of fun, parts are available, but be prepared to spend SERIOUS bucks on those no doubt stuck motors. Dollars to donut holes, those heads and/or blocks are cracked beyond repair.

I'm just starting on a 1935 f12 but all 3 tires are shot and 8X44 rears are unavailable as far as I can tell. What did you use for rear wheels on you nice f14?

Thanks for the compliment!

Those are H rims and tires, 38's. It's what it had on it. I went to the trouble of finding a set of 40" centers before I checked on prices. Miller had (dunno if they still do) 9x40's, but it would have been about $1500 for a pair with shipping from Ohio to Maine. You'll notice the incorrect H wheels are still on it... ":^)

It's a working tractor, not a trailer queen, so I don't get too upset about it.

Beautiful tractor! The chain drive one I saw was beyond visible decals and no ID plate. The drives were enclosed.

I've got an O-12, that looks like that before shot. Badly needs restoring when time permits. I might have to call upon your expertise when the time comes. Regards, Redfan.

Happy to help any way I can. Nice little tractor, the 0-12. Wouldn't mind having one, if Mrs. Fawteen would ever turn loose of the purse strings! ":^)

I would take them off the owner's land but I wouldn't give them anything for that condition. If the spark plugs are missing, you are in for a whopper of a restoration money wise. Don't be surprised if the engines are not salvagable.
