Can anyone tell me about a blade for the back of
the tractor. my super A has a 1pt hitch on the
bottom and 2pt on the top. I would like to have a blade
on the back like the newer models have. by the
way, this is my first tractor. so i dont know the
names of all the things yet.

Boo Boo,
The 1 point on the bottom is your drawbar. Should be a steel bar that's bolted to the tractor's housings and is not movable (much, except maybe from side to side). The two point on top is known as a "Fast Hitch" and the implements have prongs on them to fit into the sockets on the fast hitch. If I remember right, the Super A had a one point fast hitch, not a two point. It is possible that a previous owner has adapted a fast hitch from a Super C to your Super A. Hmmmm..... maybe you should get some pictures scanned and post them to Photopoint so we can see exactly what you have. This sounds interesting.
Now, to answer your original question, there are rear, front and "belly" blades available that will fit or that can be adapted to your Super A. Once you get the hitch system figured out, then you'll know what to look for based on what you want/need to use it for.

Phil

Phil, looking from behind, it has two inter fenders, one on each side inter side the wheels.
there is a rotating bar with the two levers one
on each side that hangs out with two holes in
each one in the end. and this outfit hangs on the fenders,
it sure looks stock. it has a long bar hooked to
this that runs along the left side up to the
hydrolic system. there is no quick connect thing
about it, it just has two holes in the end of the
two bars that hang out. and these two bars move up and down. with the hydrolic lever.
well Phil, this is my first tractor so ,,,, I don't know much to tell. I went today and ordered a new rear blade for it. they said it would work, it cost $320

The two arms on the fenders are called the rear rockshaft arms. They are used to raise and lower implements that are at the rear of the tractor. Also they raise and lower the IH 1 point fasthitch and aftermarket 3 point hitch that you can get for a Super A. If you wanted a rear blade, best thing to do would be to get a 3 point hitch for your Super A and then buy a 3 point hitch blade. Then you could use other 3 point hitch implements as well.

Haas, I already have the disk and plow that hook up with the single thing. so i just ordered a rear
blade that would hook up to what it had. now if i didn't have any implements i would have gotten that three point hitch and went from there, Thanks Haas
