Thanks Red. Have you ever been to starlight, indiana? I went to louisville, kentucky for the national ffa convention and we went up there and ate at an amish place called joe hubers family farm or something like that. Just thought i would tell ya!

Hey 1PWRFULH!!! The Huber's are not Amish. The have a very large family owned farm, restaurant, and petiing zoo. I would say probably 3,000+ acres now. There is Amish close, but about 30 miles northwest of there. I live about 30 miles Southwest of Starlight in Corydon, IN. Joe Huber is a very popular figure in our community. He donates a lot of money to charity. They have great farm tours and very, very good food along with the cheese shop, farm market, and winery. If anyone is ever close I suggest you take a day and go enjoy the country. It is very beautiful around there. They are about 30 minutes away from Louisville, KY. Bill {Antique Acres}

Did you just stay over by the restaurant? Did you see the Petting Zoo, Ice Cream Shop, or Cheese Shop? If not then you saw the small part of the farm. About a mile down the road he has another spread with the above mentioned plus a banquet hall that will seat probably 3,000. He has another farm market there and outside he has a old JD GP, Huber, F-30, and one other. It is a very large outfit he has. Bill {Antique Acres}

We just stayed pretty much over there by the restaurant. He had 2 or 3 big party halls there also. I never saw the Petting Zoo or any of that. I'll try to get them to take us back there and see the whole thing next year. I had the chicken livers there and they were delicious.
