Do you think that Case could get me a new Steering Universal Joint for my B? The dang thing has too much slop to it! Thanks in advance!!!

first make sure it will take grease then clean it up good put a clamp on one of the joints to pull it tight at the cross then heat it with a torch let cool do the same thing to other side will remave the play and go for it no one will ever know works for me great

Ok thanks guys. I think I will give my local Case dealer a call and see what they say. Gosh dang!!! 120 bucks....hott diggity dogg!! Oh well....

Measure the shaft on both sides of the u-joint, the try going to:>Link
and>Link then do a search for "universal joint" I just checked at this web site so I know it works and it does. It may be that you will have to have a u-joint bored out to fit your shafts if one is not availble with a pre-finished bore in your shaft size. If one is not availble email me and we can talk about boring out a joint for you, I am a machinist and do odd jobs on the side.

I think you can get it, but you won't like the price, about $120 if I remember correctly. I'm just living with the slop on mine for now.

Not familiar with that particular joint, but if it's just a generic universal joint, I ordered one from an industrial catalog for my F14, about $40. You need to know the shaft size.
