On the B I got problems. Dont know if its running too rich or too lean. When i give it a lil more than half throttle it just sits there and surges. Its like WHOOM...WHOOM...WHOOM...etc. Idle it runs great and full throttle it surges a lil but not too much. If its at full throttle and pull it down real fast it backfires. Too rich or lean? Also what screw does this? Thanks in advance!!!

If it backfires upon deceleration, it is probably running too lean. This will also cause it to surge in some cases.

The surging is caused by the governor. You will find an adjustment on the bottom side. There is an acorn nut with a threaded stud under it. There is a spring at the other end of the stud. It may just need turning in a bit. More likely, you need to unscrew it completely and clean the spring. Then put it back in, just far enough to stop the surging.
