I have decided to paint my 140 with the caseIH 2150 paint. After reading posts here I have decided to use hardener with it, question is how do you determine which one? Please don't suggest another type of paint as this will never be a show tractor (it has seen a tough life from a previos owner) Thanks for your help

I use Evercoat D.O.I. Wet Look Acrylic Enamel Hardener. I think as long as you get a decent enamel hardener you will be alrite.

What reducer do you use? At what ratio do you use the reducer and hardener with paint. Do you use reducer or hardener with IH Primer?

Thanks. Doug.

I use 2oz hardener, 2oz CaseIH reducer/thinner to 1qt of CaseIH 2150 red. I don't use any hardener with the primer, just use around 3-4oz reducer to 1qt primer and it will shoot out just fine at 40-60psi.
