We have one Super M that is turnig out 64 HP at pto speed and one S/MTA that is turn out 87 hp at pto. My persnal S/MTA turns 58.5 hp at pto.Just dependes on the pistons and head and manifold and timing that you have.

In the early sixties when I worked part time at an IHC dealership I remember we had one Super M that cranked out 53 horse on a fresh overhaul with fire crater pistons. Stock without fire crater pistons would be somewhat less I would imagine

Don't know about the dyno. From guy Fay's IH Data Book, 42HP on the drawbar and 47.5 HP on the belt pulley or PTO.

The M&W dyno book rates the Super M at 46.3 hp at 537 PTO RPMs loaded. The High Idle speed or no load speed with wide open throttle should be 590 RPMs.
good luck
