What's the best way to make a hitch for my MM ZA that is adjustable both in and out and up and down? Does anybody have any good pictures of an adjustable hitch on any make of tractor? I've seen all sorts of setups but not too many great ones. Any advice out there?

Thanks,

Zack

I used to pull a za and I took the angles that the platform bolted to and cut them off short and welded a piece of heavy square tubing in between them with two holes in the center. Then I made a u bolt to go around the bottom of the drawbar and welded it solid and it adjusted through the two holes in the top of the square tube. I used dual wheel hooks that are about 5/8 and fine threaded on the end to make the u bolt. Then I welded a piece of 1/4 plate behind the square tube going towards the ground with a notch cut in it the width of the drawbar to hold it stable left and right. I used the front mount the same as stock and just burned the hole out a little to let it adjust some. You cAN make another hole in or out to adjust it. If i can I will try some pictures of the one on my R it is similar.

Wow, sounds interesting. Yes, I'd like to see some pictures if you can get them.

Thanks,

Zack
