I'm restoring a WD 45 and I am going to pull in the stock classes with you when I can. I was at Denton talking to a friend that pulls a stock Super M TA. He told me no need to come if I don't have 38" tires. Another friend that pulls a Ward's with you sometimes say that the biggest tires don't always win. Stay with 28". I'm going to buy wheels and tires soon which way do I go? The tractor has a Stock, I mean factory stock D 17 engine. See you at Pumpkin Center.

I still can't figure why in NC. they let you run 38" tires on a Allis WC/WD in stock class. That is not stock. I am in NC and see it at every pull. Why don't you pull super if you are going to cheat??

The 38" will give you more gear and probably a bigger footprint, stock pulling there is only one tire the firestone 23 super all traction, I have seen the difference just those tires would make in a tractor
