If you want to make your tractor NATPA legal, then do what Bill Bear did and let the chairman of the NATPA board drive your tractor at the Iowa State Fair, and like magic, you're legal! If you feel you are illegal, you can also do like him and "buy" your votes!! If this is not put to rest SOON, this will be the downfall of the NATPA. They will lose all their credibilty with their pullers/members! At least when our "mafia" ran the show, this would not be happening!!

You mean at 3400+ rpms, remember, they get 660 rpms. Don't short them their fair share. Rememeber, it was Brooks and crew that said they needed those rpms "to compete". They couldn't get enuff cubes! Well, well know look what they are getting. Extra rpms, wrong block, wrong heads..this is worse than the mafia and their 88's in div 4 a few years back! One things for sure, it's all 460/560 talk in the red lineup...no W-40 stuff anymore!!
