MANY HAVE ASKED QUESTIONS AS TO WHEN AND WHAT . PULL WILL BE ON SAT 10:AM .SEPT 21 PULL WILL BE CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO SATPA RULES. THAT MEANS "WILDMAN" WE CAN HAVE A 12 MPH CLASS FOR BRAGGING RIGHTS . AT PRESENT NO "12" MPH CLASSES FOR SUPER ANTIQUE IS SCHEDULED BUT COULD BE ADDED IF WANTED, FOR BRAGGING RIGHTS ONLY! ! I THINK THE WILDMAN AND THOSE WITH 12 MPH SUPER ANTIQUES HAVE ENOUGH TROPHIES AT HOME . SEE YOU SEPT 21 DR SR

Also want to add my 2 cents - So the pull can be started on time and *hopefully* finished Saturday night, ALL pullers need to be signed up EARLY (say by 9:30 ??). It is expected that we will be looking at 300 hooks (+/-), currently 31 classes (tractors & trucks) on one sled (which I will add did a fabulous job yesterday on excellent track conditions). SATPA has been lenient allowing late registrations, versus some clubs requiring registration 30 minutes before start time, so let's all get there early, sign up and be ready for a GREAT day of pulling. Please pass the word to those that don't follow this discussion forum.

Are the 5 mph classes just bragging rights? And how many hooks per tractor will be allowed?

Nope the 5mph classes will be trophy classes. Only 2 trophies per class; the number of hooks per tractor MAY be determined by the number of tractors registered (if there are 150 tractors there, as expected it could be Monday before the pull is finished if each tractor is allowed 3-4 hooks/classes!) Personally, I expect a large turnout for the 4700, 5200 and 5700 Stock and Super classes. Will let you know more as I know more. Come play with us on the 14th.
