I have heard you guys talk about how bad of service Dennys carb shop has. I have tried 3 times to get a free catalog from them by email and still no catalog. I wanted one to just see what kind of items they have. Has anyone ever got a catalog from them and how? thanks dauber

BELEIVE YOU ME , YOU DON'T WANT ONE OF THAT AROGANT BASTERD'S CATALOGS. HIS WIFE IS ABOUT AS BAD AS HE IS. I CAN'T BELEIVE HE IS STILL IN BUISNESS. HE HAS GOT SO MANY FOOLED INTO BELEIVING THERE IS SOME KIND OF MAGIC TO THESE SIMPLE LITTLE UP DRAFT CARBURATORS AND DISTRIBUTORS . THE BIGGEST RIP OFF OF ALL IS HIS GOVONOR . THERE IS NO WAY A GOVONOR WILL MAKE HORSEPOWER IT CAN ONLY PROVIDE WHAT'S ALREADY THERE. BEFORE LONG HE WILL BE CHARGING TO ANSWER THE PHONE . HE JUST HASN'T FIGURED OUT HOW YET.MY NICKLE'S WORTH.

You sneak into his shop at about midnight taking nothing but the catlog because it is the only thing that is worth anything there. It has multiple uses.
1. putting over your head when it rains
2. putting on a wet tractor seat to set on.
3. for starting a fire.
4. soaking up spilled coffee.
5. stuffing in hole to stop air leak on your work truck.
6. paper airplane.
7. roll it up to spank the dog.
8. wad it up to throw at your wife.
9. use the corners to give out your phone #.
10. wipe your a$$ with.

I just have to laugh at all the complaints about Denny.I can't understand how he can keep going with a reputation like that.I have to tell you my experience with him.About 10 years ago we were pulling two MM U's and ordered two Pertronix Ignitors from Denny. We installed them and they worked flawlessly.A friend of mine had taken a MSD-6A box out of his drag car.He was upgrading to the MSD 6AL box and said I should try it in my tractor. He said if it worked OK he would sell it to me.I called Denny to ask how to hook up the ignitor to the MSD box.He said he also sold MSD boxes and the only way he would give me that info is if I bought the MSD box from him.I explained the situation with the used box and I also said that I did buy two ignitors from him.He refused to give me any info.I called MSD about the instructions for hooking up to the Ignitor. They sent me updated instructions, thanked me for using MSD products, and said if I had any problems make sure to call back.Who would you rather buy from?

I too had a problem with electronic set up. After He gave me a bunch of BS I called pertronix direct. VERY nice people to deal with. The moral..... ..... ..eliminate the middle man!

MSD will repair your MSD 6 at no charge. I doubt if Denny will stand behind the ignitor like that.

kinda like he will totally rebuild a distributor but won't tell you where to get OR sell you the advance springs. maybe business but more likely arrogant, his prices are nuts too.

I was in the process of ordering from Dennys until I heard all of the negativity. Where Else can I purchase performance parts from?
