1) the 30 minute break was requested by Mr. Ted Hinson to benefit the vendors. 2) due to costs involved, only 1st & 2nd place were given trophies.
3) trucks were pulled because they do draw a crowd (and the trucks run alot faster than JD's)
4) SATPA has NEVER had a pull in Stanly County before the Oakboro pull.
5) the picture CasePower posted, is NOT, repeat, NOT the Bo'Weavil (SATPA) sled [hence a whiner with nothing to backup his whines]
6) Someone please explain how to run 300+ hooks with one sled in 8 hours - obviously those who think it's possible, sit mighty close to God.

Most people have no idea what it takes to put on a tractor pull, whether it's a pull at/by OTTPA, CATPA, SATPA or any other PA. The people who put on the pulls are busting their as&&& days and weeks before a pull, and then the internet is full of the sewage lips and trench mouths with their childish whines.

Have a GREAT DAY and KEEP SMILIN'

When did this board turn into a IH/Farmall board?? Here is the QUOTE you put on my board. "the IH/Farmall Pulling Discussion board about the 'alleged' SATPA sled you friend is so adamant about showing off his picture of" I never said that was the junk sled. I never even new that Oakboro was in Stanly County. I am glad I didn't go now. And blaming it on a hole in front of the sled. I would love to hear how a tractor that the front comes staight up on at the begining of the pull and at the end the front don't come up and it spins out. I say the brakes were on. I also said that the pull I went to was a couple of years ago so you saying that I was ever trying to say it was your pull was just like this board being a IH/Farmall pulling board ONLY IN YOU BIG HEAD!!!!

How much credibility are you adding to your story. You made your point earlier. It was not your sled. O.K. move on. You keep putting in your little pot shots yourself, so do not go getting to high. Yes I do have an idea what it takes to put on a show by the way. And if what you put on was a quality show, it should back itself up. NEXT

Don't let that rascal CasePower get you down. I think you're doing a fine job, and I'd be proud of what I had accompolished in pulling if I were you!!

JDChick - Thanks.

I'm not letting CP get me down; he's stuck his foot in his mouth enough and my witching back at him makes me forget about this d*** head cold.

Have a great day.

We went to the pull Friday nite and Saturday. I saw nothing wrong as far as safety or favoritism. I went to pull, It did not matter to me if I won lost or was DQd. I happened to win one and lose one. My point is if you didnt like it don't let the door knob hit you on the way out!! And if you did not go HUSH

Hey Big Daddy I ain't going to apologize this time.
BIG THANKS to Oakboro Rescue Squad!

YOU'RE RIGHT BIG DADDY ! THE SATPA SLED DOES NOT HAVE ANY BRAKES . THE SLED WAS JUST HARD TO GET GOING UNDER THE TRACK CONDITIONS WE HAD A OAKBORO . THE SATPA SLED UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS IS VERY EASY TO START AND IN THE LOWEST GEARS WE OFTEN HAVE 3200 AND 3700 # STOCK TRACTORS THAT PULL THE SLED 225 FEET WHILE AT THE SAME TIME IT WILL STOP A 12,000 LB FARM STOCK OR A 8200 MODIFIED 4X4 TRUCK. SATPA HAS ONE OF THE BETTER SLEDS AROUND . THE TRACK JUST DIDN'T DO IT AND SOME OF THE LIGHTER TRACTORS JUSTICE . THE SLED OPERATORS WERE RUNNING 2-3 GEAR RATIOS LOWER THAN NORMAL. A RAPID CHANGING TRACK LIKE WE HAD SATURDAY WILL MAKE A SLED OPERATOR'S JOB TOUGH. IF YOU PICK A WRONG RATIO AND MAKE A PULLER LOOK BAD , HE'LL HAVE HIS LIP POKED OUT THE REST OF THE DAY AND BE ON THE ENTERNET BASHING EVERYONE AND MAKING FALSE ACUSATIONS. I THINK THE SATPA CREW DONE A FINE JOB SATURDAY. THANK YOU SATPA AND MR. HINSON FOR THE PULL. DR. SR. OH YEAH!! !! CONGRADULATIONS BULL DOG YOU DONE SOME GOOD PULLING SATURDAY.
