I was thinking about your little induction system idea. I was wondering how you came up with the cfm value. Are you switching the system on from the beginning, during the pull, certain rpm. What is your definition (numbers) of VERY noticable hp gain. How is your carb setup in relationship to the rpm/torque curve? I don't doubt it has changed the performance of your M but I am looking for some concrete numbers.

Well I hate to give all my secrets but alright here you go. For one thing I work in a SPEED shop that need not be mentioned. Anyway I removed the mushroom top (and all the guts from inside) and replaced with a 3.75 inch pipe with a K&N filter on top. This allow increased air allowance. Next, I installed a 12000 rpm electric motor with a special built fan blades with EXTREME pitch to it. I then had to relocate the exit port to the middle of the oil bath system. When it comes to the CFM's all I had to put it on a regulator we have at work, very simple! When it comes to the carb we just did some stuff. You need to figure somethings out for yourself. Rpms I turn it on right as I take off from the line. Horsepower, dynoed the engine at work again simple with it on and off there was a 15 horse jump. Yes it does help!!!!!

Please don't misunderstand, I don't dispute your numbers--just curious regarding the foundation for the numbers. I don't have any intentions of tweaking my G being I have completely eliminated the oilbath cleaner (note: link)

What is your current displacement/setup?
