Anybody had any luck w/ Armstong tires. Looking at a set of 16.9 x 34s about 1/2 worn. Thanks!

Ran Armstrong 16.9 38 and 18.4 38 for several years worked well for me. Best of luck

I have had very good success with the Armstrong wide angle bar 16.9 x 38's on a JD-G. They are between 1/2 and 2/3 worn, and have taken my share of 1st places any placed most every time I pull. I pull 5500#-7000# with this setup. I would recommend Armstrong's first then Firestone's after that, both in the wide angle bar, at least 1/2 worn tread wise. Hope this helps.

If it is the Armstrong tread design that is long bar only with a slight concave curve to the front. There is a IH 560 at our club with those tires that does good. They ust to be MAX/TRAC and are now TITAN. My dad has a set of them in TITAN in 14.9 x 38 and likes them
