Plan on attending a meeting on friday night in Columbia before the first NATPA pull of the season. The board has decided to allow the actual pullers of the division to make up their minds on the proposed speed limit and other rules. Things CAN happen at this meeting, and if you are an ACTUAL Division V puller (not a IV trying to be V) please come and voice your opinion.

They know most of the guys are going to boycott. Just a bait to get people to the pull. Stay the course in DIV IV, V: No speed limit!

It seems funny that they want to have a meeting, I thought they already had a rules meeting and things were set for three years. They must be afraid that nobody is going to come to their pull and pay the extra 5$ or 10$ hook fee for their rpm deal that they are going to put on your tractor going down the track, plus their big finals that they are charging everyone for so they have a purse for certain people. It is definately Not A True Pullers Association.
