How many of you guys out there run Murphy's Roller Rocker set-up? I might be interested in a set for my buddies 88 I am building. Dyno results?

Have you thought about roller lifters instead. The only drawback would be getting the cam ground.
Much faster ramp speeds can be obtained and reduced friction. You could install an external oil pump to take the load off the cam also.

I would really like to see some data after converting to a roller cam. The other drawback would be boring the lifter guides out. The bottom of the block is in the way.

I bought a set and they are way overpriced. I thought they would help my 525 cid 88 but on the dyno I only gained 3 hp. they fit on good though but i was not really pleased with the hp result.
