my m has a dome on the piston of .187 or 3/16 of a inch.it had a #8060 head and 100 psi compression. I have already put a 450 gas head on it increased my compression to 125 psi. Is there a better piston I here everyone on this board say the have 200 psi or is that because the have stroked there engines

I am running the M&W "add power" dome pistons with a 450LP head and get 245psi. I have an extra 450 LP head if interested, it ain't cheap, but it helps.

Bob are you pulling that throttle wide open when you check your compression? It'll make a considerable difference. I had an M with about the same setup as your's and it had about 150 psi cranking compression. Truth be known unless your going real heavy or real fast 150 is enough. Pump gas is a whole lot cheaper too.
