Howard, Happy to hear you finished your season on top. I see so many tractors that sputter and miss at the 150--200ft. Earl In Illinois

SEAMO I've got a question for you. I'm getting ready to put a fuel pump on a 2 banger DLTX71 carb. Any thoughts on float setting? It's a low pressure (5-7 psi) pump. My guess is to set it a little lower. I can put on a sight tube on it to check the actual fuel level. Thanks Mike

Mike, You must have a hungry JD. I think it would be Ok. I have tried it but don't remember the fuel pressure setting. In Illinois we can't run fuel pumps in ITPA. WE make up larger needle and seat and get by OK.
