Got a dumb question. What tread types are allowed in the stock antique classes? Would grader-loader type tires be allowed? Ones I was thinking of are Goodyear 13-24 and look almost like regular 45 deg. tread. The only reason I ask ,know of a decent pair I can have for the asking and have a set of rims they would fit.

The loader and grader tires that I have seen all have very stiff sidewalls to stand up under heavy loads. I dont think they will flex to put much rubber on the ground. Might not need any air at all. Good on hard track baaaaa d on soft.

Never seen any rule on tread type. Might be worth a try if the price is right. Good Luck.
