Hello out there,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a place close to west virginia that strokes the small 2cly cranks like in my MT. What is the price and how far can you safely go?

Next, about the cam-who can do the small 2cly cams for stock rpm?

Thanks for any help!

The couple of horses, and five pounds of torque that your going to get, IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOUR GOING TO SPEND,get a real tractor,so ya can pull with the rest of us,OK?

Don,t listen to anybody who says something can,t be done. I think you can get 150 cubic inches out of that 2 cyl which will give those farmall c's a run for their money.

I've got other BIG tractors, but I just want something to pull while waiting for those classes to come around or if a non-tractor owning friend comes along and wants to pull. Plus I ALREADY HAVE the MT -thats all-OK?!!!

Modify and pull whatever you want, Pat. Nobody else is paying for it, so it's none of their business. Many guys with "big" tractors seem to think anything less than pulling 15 mph is a waste of time, never remembering that there are far more stock and slightly modified pullers than big boys, and the little guys are what keep the pulls and associations going.

O,then why is it when DIV.4 or DIV.5 tractors enter the building, everybody and enybody runs inside to watch?,they don't when the other DIVISIONS enter.I go to several indoor pulls each year, and I'm not the only one who notices this.

I'm pretty sure that I never said the big tractors weren't crowd pleasers, or that no one wanted to watch them. I believe my comment was that there are far more of the little guys than the big boys pulling, and that their dues and hook fees make up the majority of the money the pulls and associations receive. I've seen several posts by Div 4 and 5 pullers wishing there was more competition, while there always seem to be two or three times as many Div 1, 2 and 3 tractors. If you would like to disagree with those facts, go right ahead, but I'm not going to get in argument over something so obvious. If you want to argue with someone, jump in on one of the other big debates currently raging on this board.
