He did have an Oliver - super 88 motor with a 770 frame and rear end. Called it a 880.

Here we go again with Bear! Had an illegal 880 (if the rearend and frame is different) than what an 880 is supposed to be, now we have an illegal 460! When will the board and rest of NATPA finally say, ENUFF IS ENUFF!!! There also is questions regarding Suzie's Ford legality! This is worse than the weak 88 from NC that runs illegal fuel! Wonder if the new owner will ever pull it at a BIG pull??

So, tell us the facts about the fuel. Specific gravity has to be 750, he was at 755. Big deal, who cares. He wasn't the only one over but he was the only one d qed.
While you are at it, call Duke and tell him he built a week 88 for Tilley. You might as well let Jack and Adrian know they have week olivers since Duke built those to.

There would be no purpose for Randy to pull. If he didn't beat everyone by 50 feet you would laugh at him. If he did he would be a cheater.

When you say that there is no point in him pulling, that makes no sense! If he was willing to buy a tractor that has had as much done to it as everyone says, why stay away and hide in Hoosier, TN or whatever? Personally, I would want to know if it can compete on the national level, not just beat up on div. III tractors at home.

Yes, well said. Let's get our HEAD out and go to some pulls (no pun intended). You know it'll be OK, heck, it had Tilley's hands on it so could theoretically could run with Lustik/Blackbourn/and all the other alky burners!

People just want to see another good 88 run. Everyone gets beat sometime, if it is a good 88, then let's see it and quit talking about how good it is! I'm sure this Randy could do better than the time I got to see Tilley run it. Saw him drive once, and once was enough!!
