can anyone tell me anything they know about building a Wd puller? I have fooled w/MM's and JD's but neveran AC! please help

I would start with a 4 1/2" crank or bigger? And then maybe some pistons, You could use the stock WD pistons and a WD45 crank and get a nice h.p. for not alot of money, but then there are lots of ways to spend a considerate amount on an Allis.

Start with a good tune up...good tires...a good attitude, and go from there. Have fun and the sky is the limit (or your bank account).

I think you need to be more specific. A WD is already a good stock puller. What Division are you targeting. What is your budget allowance.
