BEST CYLINDER HEAD TO USE FOR A 42 JD-B WITH A POWERBLOCK?

What cylinder head should I use and what modifications should be done to the head, intake and valve train? I am building a 42 JD-B with a powerblock with a stroker crank. Any imput would be welcome.

I HAVE A 41 B WITH LATER MODEL P/BLOCK GOING TO RUN A 7" STROKE I AM CONSIDERING USING 50 LP HEAD,50 CARB. AND MANIFOLD.SO FAR THIS JUST BENCH PULLING WIL BE A FEW BUGS TO WORK OUT BUT HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS WILL WORK.

Wendel, I hope the later Power-block that you are planning on using is the 50 Power-block as the head will fit it and not the a "B" power-block. The 50 block has one more head bolt stud and a different bolt pattern than the "B". The 50 block pattern to the case is also different but would be allot easier to alter than the head end of block.
