There was a guy on here a few months ago now that new how to get the big 3 1/8 off the airplanes to work good was just wonderin if anyone could tell me his name and how to get a hold of him? Thanks in advance

Its a dead give-away when you crank up and down on the throttle to pump gas into the runner. Then it runs straight down on the ground. The rich lean mixture is adjustable and very usable. You can set it and forget it unless you start gaining altitude.

It made good power on an older smaller 6 cyl and didn't seem to help much on a 385 cid 6 with big valves and a fair to midlen cam. Should work great on a big cid motor or a high rpm motor. Rigging an air filter is a drag unless you have plenty of room. Needs duct work to keep it from sucking hot air in the summer.

I recall a similar post. Wrote down some info for the future. The guys name was Brad. He said he was from Western Pa. and had some experience with adapting airo carbs. The email address was gray4010@hotmail.com. Good Luck.
