I don't know who left thier good sense at home but someone did. First of all only 10 out of 15 reps showed for the meeting. The 4mph class wasn't changed at all. It needs to be slowed to 3.5 so the modified tractors go up to the next class. The 6mph class turned into an outlaw class, there is no sense in it. Pressed wheels on everything does nothing. So you can pull a tractor in the next weight class down, big deal you will still pull against the same tractors. It just screws a person with a smaller tractor. And aftermarket parts, who is to say whats aftermarket and whats not.It leaves a whole wide area open. And its not very easy to put a kill switch on a diesal tractor. These pulls are for antique trators not homemade put together junk.
I am really sad to see the tractor pullin we do go in this direction, and to let a few people decide what we are going to do is not right. when a third of them wasn't even there and didn't do what thier club members wanted.

Why don't you post a set of the rules or send them to me via e-mail.

I can assume you're talking about the changes to the 6 mph class, and like most who were not at the meeting I have heard rumors. If you have a printed sheet of rules e-mail them.

I'd like to read them first hand.

Tony
