I hope all you, my tractor pulling friends and your families, have a safe and joyous holiday season. Some time in the hustle and bustle of the season, we forget the many, many things we have to be thankful for. I am thankful that I live and tractor pull in an area (North Carolina) that there is not a constant feud about this tractor or that tractor or this rule or that rule. Yes, we have disagreed on things, but thankfully we have always been able to settle them like friends and continue pulling and having a good time. I am also thankful for the material things (such as our tractors), but more important are good friends who are always there when you need them. I have two things I have told my son time and time again and they are: 1) A person needs a good education (and I push him that way) but always remember that a person that can work with his hands will never be hungry. 2) We might not think so, but we can go though life without money, but its impossible to go through life without friends. But, the most important thing we have to be thankful for is Jesus Christ our Savior. Merry CHRISTmas and a Happy New Year!

I couldn't agree with you more! The Lord, Jesus Christ (Our Savior) should be the most important thing in our lives, then our families, then our hobbies. God has blessed the USA far more than we deserve, to be in a free country and be able to pursue our religious beliefs, hopes and dreams (tractorpulling which I really enjoy) without interference from a dictatorship government. The birth Christ is the REASON FOR THE SEASON.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
