A lot of talk about Bear's 560 heads on here but do any of you know what you are talking about? They are not ford heads, nor are they any kind of farm tractor heads! They came off of a IH diesel engine for a truck and were converted to gas! They are a cross flow head that by all rights have no reason to be on a antique pulling tractor! I don't think that even today there is a cross flow head on a farm tractor much less 40 years ago!

A word from the wise..... Stupidity is a dangerous thing....and here is a good example.. Next time do some research before opening your mouth....therefore you will not have to stick your foot in it later.....

30 years is a stretch is'nt it.The Guys running Derre's had to work real hard to not get thier butts kicked by the IH guys for the fact that IH 1466 were cross folow. Just a dum farm boy remebering the old days of super stock. Also my question to Bears heads being legal are do or don't the rules state no converting deisel heads to gas?
