I plan to try pulling this year as they are going to start a local group in central Washington. I may be able to get a 560 LP that is just a farm tractor. It has never been pulled. Right now it is converted to gas but they have all the LP stuff to go back on it. Do I want it or should I get a gas 560 or some other red tractor? I want to pull in the stock class for now but may step up later, so I want to get something with potential. Should I go back to LP or stick with gas. It has no T/A, but they won't let us shift anyways. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated. What weight classes woult it run in? Jake

LP is a great fuel. The top end horsepower maynot be what it is on gas with the LP head. LP lugs down a lot better,(at least on my MM's) and makes more mid range torque. It's also a bit of a novelty at a pull,(at least around hear).

Last year I found a 460 LP and pulled it about 8 times. Certainly not overpowered for the 6000 lb class but I am confident that it can make as much HP as the other gases. I am looking forward to this season.

Good luck to you. I hope to find out what the 560 will do. Jake
