need to know compression height you need to narrow it down as there are probably more than one choice. let us know what you need..this is the distance from wrist pin center to top of piston..if you stroke a crank or change rods this has to be figured in to keep piston from excessively extending out of the bore..and cris craft built boats...most known for the big extravagent wooden boats with flathead 6's in them..later went with 283 chevys in the runabouts

do not have anything exactly like you need..however a gmc 6v-401 has a 4 7/8 with 2.615 comp hgt with 1.24 piston pin..this would be smaller than your rod end and you could bush it to size..only thing is without offset stroke or head shave you would lack some comp...next is 4 7/8 with 3.140 comp hgt and 1.624 pin dia..slightly bigger than yours would have to bore little end of rod to make work or possibly bush piston to negative dome to get the comp hgt you need..these pistons were in the a,b,c,d,e 673p engines..these are diesel pistons so they have a concave in center with lots of meat usually..we have shaved as much as .035 off of top of some to get what we needed on comp ratio. i dont remember who made the 6 cyl engines for the cris craft and my book doesnt list cris craft..also jumps to 5 1/8" after 4 7/8" ..no 5" in my listings ..not to mean they arent out there but i just dont have a listing..hope this helps you..
