880 or 88 oliver

hey iam 13 years old and i pull a 1953 oliver 770 with 2 speed transmission and it has a 1600 oliver motor in it it has the biggest bore i can get into it and i pull all around illinois, MO, and kentucky and i have won alot of open classes. Then people started getting nosie and seen i had a 1600 motor in a 770and have been disqualified a bunch so iam thinkin of sellin it and i can't decied rather i need an 880 or an 88 oliver for my next puller

look for the early 880's .mines a 58.still gets into the antquies.stick with gas if you can. dave

Well, when u get older, try a Massey Ferg. 99, same as Oliver 990, only with a better rear end. old friend of mine uses one around here in the big classes, and he walks all over us. If your only 13, and on one of these, you will really get on the comps nerves
