Anyone care to offer an opinion how to make any power from a MM diesel head. I have heard of drilling out the enrgy cell to a larger diameter to making a solid plug to replace the energy cell. I would like to know how successful these mods have been or other ways. THanks

Some of the guys running diesel G1000's have used Case direct injection heads.

That will make that MM a real tractor by putting on Case parts. Why dont you just bolt in a case 504 then you would have a motor ha ha good luck.

Do you know the head numbers? I don't suppose they are a direct bolt in?

I don't know anything about the head numbers or how hard they are to adapt. Just something I had picked up somewhere, after someone protested when a G1000 whipped up on the whole class at a pull.

There was no way that the Lanova system heads would ever be able to create the power he had.
