I would talk to Scott at Berry Cam Service in Minnesota (320) 395-2377. He will be able to tell you what you need for your tractor. I had my cam ground by him for stock RPM and was very satisfied. He reground the cam on a 2 cyl tractor as well as reface the lifters for $144.00 including shipping.

Must have sold some of that high quality alfalfa hay if you are grinding cams for pulling tractors. Why dont you just get out the hand grinder and do a little bump and grind on it. Watch your fingers Wags.

The AC 175 tracor grind works well even at 425 cu in. Berry cams at Lester Prairie will grind it for you.

thanks for the response about the D-17 can grind. I'm interested in the lift and duration numbers.
There's a place in Wichita, KS that will grind my cam, but it would be helpful to have some specs

bought a motor with a cam ground by reed cams..somewhere in georgia..was specd. at .321 int and exh..lobe lift..that is what the lobes are ground to..this would give .482 lift at the valve..then ground .233 across for duration @.050..never ran this cam or motor but i hope this will give you something to start from
