is there any way that you can make the farmall (m) rear end pull more evenly, with out installing a traction control device

Have read on this forum that people have found a bearing problem in the differential sometimes when this happened consistantly. Just a thought but not a pleasant one. Sorry.

Not much that you can do beside making sure the tire pressure is equal, hitch is centered on drawbar, tires match, (style, tread depth, sharpness of bar). If you have one side that spins first ALL the time, put more weight on that side, use the brake on that side, let some air out on that side. Keep track of which tire spins first, maybe it just seems like you have a problem. Good luck.

ride both brakes to keep both tires biting and may even want to idle down to keep from breaking traction....(also if you want to make every inch count, lean toward the tire that is spinning)

This might sound dumb but, make sure the tires are equal distances from the center of the tractor. In other words, both out the same distance.
