I have a Farmall H and it is bone stock. I've taken everything off I can to lose weight on the tractor. Now my question is how much can I do to this tractor as far as engine work and what ever else, but still pull in natpa div. 1 or usap stock class.

Div 1 is for show tractors or stock tractors. You can do what you want engine wise but if you start winning alot somebody will notice and complain. Some clubs dyno the winner of Div 1 classes just to make keep everybody honest. Most IHC H tractors Dyno about 25hp. if yours turns out 35hp or 40 it should be in Div 2.

As much as you want as long as noone else knows about it and you don't get caught.
