How much money you have? I have just done a wd9 and have close to $3500 in engine alone, and gonna have more yet when done. Power wise the most power can be done by line boring it and making sleeves to fit 4 5/8 pistons pushing it to a 370 cu in. But finding the 4 5/8 pistons, well good luck there, hard to find. Other things to do is put a TW15 head on it. Also setting fuel pump up and setting timing around 18 degrees this engine can put over 80 horse power. But again good luck finding them pistons, and if you do find the pistons, sleeves will most likely have to be made buy a machinist. Original WD9 had 4.4 pistons , power around 58 horse power, Super 9 was a 4.5 bore not sure what power was on them. But International made a 4 5/8 bore only used for a short time. Hard to find, but if have one set up this way, Oh God what a difference in power! Good Luck!
