Div IV is a max airflow through the engine per minute for max HP game. The Deere's two massive cylinders are fed through one or two relatively long & small diameter passages. Made for low RPM torque & efficient combustion of fuel. High HP requires large dia/short length ports & lots of RPM.

Be prepared to spend lots of money. It's possible, but a lot of work and money. A couple of Deere's did well in the open classes at Sigourney, but they are the exception and not the rule. Div 4 is much the same as their open class.

It's tough to compete with $20,000 motors on a consistent basis.

Much as I hate to say it, a WC Allis is one of the best to compete with the Ollies. JD B's can do alright in speed limit classes, but fall short in the opens. Maybe a 101 Massey.
