DEPENDS ON WHAT CLASS THEY PULL,SUPER STOCK TURN
ABOUT 5000 PRO STOCK TURN ABOUT 7400 SUPER FARM
TURN ABOUT 3600 SO IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE CLASS
AND HOW MUCH BOOST PRESSURE YOU PUT ON THE TOP.
AS FAR AS THE GEARS ALMOST ALL OF THE RUN DIFFERENT GEARS IF NOT A PROFAB TRANNY.THE $250000
IS A LITTLE FAR OUT THERE BUT YOU COULD DUMP A GOOD 120,000 INTO A STRONG RUNNING SUPER STOCK DIESEL.

I didn't say anything about it being a diesel tractor they put that much into, as a matter of fact it was a alcohol burner, WILD THING

They turn around 6-7,000 rpms and they may do a little gear changing most of their trannys are cutom setups for there engine and the track, lots of money in those tractors. The owner of one of those tractors told me he had close to $250,000 in it. I never wanna have that much in my M. I also know a guy who is very competative and has less than $7,000 in his tractor , it may not look the best but it sure does run.
