We are having a pull at the Northwestern Michigan Fair in Traverse City on August 7, the day after Mt. Pleasant pull. Farm classes 4500#, 6000#, 7500#. Paying 10 places I believe. Weigh in at 12noon, pull begins at 2pm. We are using Thumb sled. Sure wouldn't mind seeing some of those Mt P. and Shepard tractors at our pull up here.

Mark your calendar for August 6th for the Isabella County Fair (Mt. Pleasant)for the Farm Classes which I have heard tentatively to be 6000#, 9000#, & 12000#. They have not had a Farm Tractorpull there in over 10 years, so we need a large turn out for this pull. Rumor has it that the Fair Board (Isabella) reluctantly agreed to allow the tractorpull hoping there would not be much participation so they can silence the tractorpullers about having tractorpulling at the Isabella County Fair in the future. This fair Tractorpull in the past was one of the larger tractor pulls in Central Michigan area before the Fair Board pulled the plug on it.

Any plans on letting the lighter guys pull. If you want to get more people, open for some of the lighter guys.

The Barry County Fair will be having one on July 19th. Weigh in at 10:00 with the pull starting at 12:00. Antique pull with speed limits at 3 1/2 for antique and 6 for open class. Premiums are offered for 5 places in each class. Located about 30 miles north of Battle Creek on M-37. A nice trophy is also awarded for 1st place in each class.

We have paid a premium of $100.00 for ea. class in the past but I understand the Fair premiums are still to be determined because of the states money crunch. We are pulling the following classes at Barry County. 2500#, 3500#, 4500#, 5500#, 6500# at 3 1/2 MPH & 4000#, 6000# at 6 MPH
