I pulled a stock 1949 B for years-Its true you wont kill it in creeper.When conditions are just right you can do pretty well but in most cases you will place about middle of the pack.

I ain't no jd boy but the B's with the creaper gear WILL PULL with any other tractors..this weekend in the 5000 a JD b whooped a stroked M in a 4mi an hr class

If it is 1946 or older it will have trouble, too light & not enough power. 1947 & newer - it might win the class, the creeper first gear, the extra 1100 pounds, the high comp engine.

Probably not so good if their are any other kinds of tractors in the class. Who knows?
