Farmall M Balancing

A Friend of mine has a M Farmall,that's had the bore and stroke modified (409 cu.in.) but has a slight viberation.The engine was torn down and all clearance's rechecked and dynamic balanced each moving part and reassembled,but still has a slight viberation can this engine be balanced in the tractor and running and take a shot on the flywheel and add weight to fywheel to smooth it out,I know large steam driven turbines are balanced in this manner. If anybody can shed some light on this I sure would like to here there input (Probably that doggone red paint causeing the problem)that's meant to be a funny. Later Gman

Yeah You know what that red paint does to things.
Paint it JOHN DEERE green, then it dont matter if it vibrates cuase they all do.
Course that so they can feel there balls vibrate, cause they wifes are out lovin the IH guys
