Do you have a ported/polished Deere head, Heisler or Jerry's? With the right cam and head porting, it could make 95hp on the top end, but probably wont lug to well. If you set the head and cam up to lug, it may only be in the 80's in HP, but the torque curve will be flatter and it will probably work better for a speed limit class. It all depends on your cam and head as to how much power it will make.

530.4 cubic inches should make 133HP at 1500rpm on a overhead two valve engine ..... ....but. That carb/head/intake was designed to supply cheap kerosene to Farmer Brown's tractor's combustion chamber for ploughing the back 40. And the single barrel carb supplying two cylinders with a 180/540 firing order. Should make 70 and maybe up to 90HP depending on the rpms and the porting job/carb/exhaust.
